1. Service Description
- FlashFuel provides on-demand fuel delivery to vehicles in Massachusetts.
- We operate under Massachusetts DFS guidelines and NFPA 30A fire safety standards.
- Service is available to individuals and businesses within our service area.
2. Ordering & Delivery
- Orders are placed through flashfuel-mvp.pages.dev or as a guest.
- Delivery windows include Express, Standard, and Flexible — each with minimum contribution floors (Express $40, Standard $35, Flexible $30).
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and depend on driver availability and conditions.
- We deliver Regular, Premium, and Diesel fuel.
3. Pricing
- Fuel prices include a per-gallon rate plus a delivery fee.
- Pricing is shown before you confirm your order — what you see is what you pay.
- Subscription members receive reduced or waived delivery fees per their plan tier.
- Prices may vary by delivery zone and fuel type.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
- Subscriptions (Essential, Priority, Elite) are billed monthly or annually.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
- Founding Member pricing ($19/month) is locked for life for the first 200 members.
- Refunds for unused subscription periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the delivery location.
- Provide accurate delivery address and vehicle information.
- Ensure the fuel cap is accessible (unlocked or provide instructions).
- Be available by phone or text during your delivery window.
6. Safety & Liability
- All deliveries follow NFPA 30A mobile fueling safety standards.
- Every delivery includes GPS logging, photo documentation, and an 18-item safety checklist.
- FlashFuel is not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, fuel system problems, or damage unrelated to the fueling process.
- If a delivery issue occurs due to our operations, we will issue an automatic credit.
7. Service Area
- FlashFuel currently serves Massachusetts from Worcester/Springfield west to the coast, Middleton north, and the Rhode Island border south.
- Service availability may vary by area and time.

8. Account & Data
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
